Return Policy
General terms:
You have the right to
return the products you purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days and
request their replacement or refund. After the expiration of fourteen (14)
calendar days from the receipt of the shipment, there is no right to return
your order.
Unacceptable Returns:
Returned products must
be in the condition sent by TzakiseShop and received by the customer, complete
and undamaged. Their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the
product, in excellent condition and with all shipping documents (eg Shipping
Note, Retail Receipt, etc.). Returns that do not meet the above conditions are
not Accepted and are returned to the customer.
Returns on Seasonal
Items (Charms, Easter Items, etc.), on products that have been custom-made, and
items with obvious signs of use are not accepted.
Send Returns:
The return as well as
the replacement is FREE for the shipments within Greece with the use of the
cooperating courier company.
Return Procedure:
The process is simple
and is done as follows:
Contact us via e-mail
at shop@tzakis.gr, writing your name and your order number, justifying why you
want the product returned and if you want a replacement.
Within 2 working days
you will receive a reply e-mail with the return instructions through the
courier service.
Upon receipt of your return, a detailed check will be made of the condition of the returned item and if there is no problem with its condition, packaging or documents, then you will be informed via e-mail about its acceptance.
Money
return:
In case you do not
wish to be replaced with a new product, the refund process takes place within
fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the refund at our headquarters
and is extremely simple:
Refunds are made on the
original means of payment,
Necessary condition
for the customer to inform via e-mail to shop@tzakis.gr about his account
number (IBAN), the bank in which he maintains the account and the name of the
beneficiary as it is written in the booklet. For security reasons, the
beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number must be the same person as
the one selected in the invoice information and indicated on the purchase
receipt.
