Purchase and Return Policy

Your order is completed when the Company has accepted it by sending a relevant written confirmation, namely an email, to you at the email address you had provided when placing this order. Should you not receive a confirmation email for your order, please contact the company immediately by sending an e-mail at shop@tzakis.gr . The Company reserves the right to deny the procedure of the order in case the ordered products are unavailable or out of stock.

The price of each product is the one referred to on our website, next to each product and includes VAT (24%). These prices concern products and quantities available in the Company's warehouse.

The shipment additional cost is not included in the products’ price and is applied upon checkout procedure.

Shipment Cost:

For orders below 100 € an additional fee is applied.

For shipments within Greece : 3 €.

For shipments abroad please contact the store at shop@tzakis.gr for a tailored shipping agreement.

Orders over 100.00 € are shipped free of charge within Greece.

Orders are shipped and delivered to you by our collaborating courier service, within five (5) business days at the latest as of the date your order was confirmed, to the place you have indicated when placing your order and in accordance with the availability stated on the product webpage.

The company reserves the right to modify or chance the procedure of the shipping methods, terms and the collaborating courier services without notification. In case of such modification takes place, the company will update the terms and the shipping methods of the TzakiseShop and will inform the user / customer for the new policies of shipping.

Placing/Cancellation Of An Order

Liability

The Company declares that it is not liable for any damage to the counterparty or third party caused by the unlawful conduct of its counterparty, provided that it fulfills its own obligations. The company Tzakis Bros GP may not be involved in a relevant legal dispute arising from this transaction.

The TzakiseShop terms and conditions, as well as any amendments thereto, are governed and construed in accordance with the Greek law.

For any dispute arising out of the use of the TzakiseShop, there shall have jurisdiction the materially competent courts of Athens.

The Company's online store / site is not responsible for any technical problems that may arise to users when they attempt to access the website or during their visit to it and are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the website. Also, the Company does not bear any responsibility for acts or omissions of third parties and particularly unfair interventions of third parties in products and / or services and / or information, which are available through its online store. Credit Card Details and Security

** The user-customer is automatically transferred to a secure environment of the bank where she/he performs the transaction. The time that the user/customer has been transferred to the secure environment of the bank, is bound by the terms and conditions that apply to these providers ("Euro Bank  e-Commerce" system of Euro Bank) and to these services.

• By bank transfer. The user/customer can transfer the amount required for her/his orders in a bank account with data that will be given each time by the Company within an exclusive period of five (5) working days from the submission of the customer-customer order. Otherwise the order will be deemed to have been canceled.

** The user-customer must inform via e-mail at shop@tzakis.gr about the deposit in the bank account by sending a receipt of the deposit, so the order will be finalized and executed.

• Cash On Delivery with an extra charge of 2,00 € approximately. Τhe payment will be realized upon receiving the purchased products by the courier company to the place of delivery which the user/customerhave set (the allowable limit for the payment of the cash price is defined each time by the legislation).
• Receipt and payment in the store: It is possible for the user-customer to receive the product from the store at 13 Kriezotou Street, Athens, within an exclusive period of six (6) working days from the order, otherwise the order will be canceled.

The Company reserves the right to change the methods and manner of payments modified or by adding procedures without notice the users / customers, who will be informed of the current payment methods relevant to TzakiseShop at the latest before completing and sending their order.

Changes - Returns Policy

The user/customer who made a purchase through the site, if he wishes, may within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt, return the Product (ie the number is incorrect or because he wants to make a change with another product of TzakiseShop online store). Changes in offer products or seasonal items (charms, amulets, etc.) or in products that have been personalized according to the needs of the user-customer, at his request (engraving a name by order of the user/customer, resizing, etc.) will not be accepted.

Request for a refund is not accepted. In cases where the user/customer decides to change the purchased product with a product of less value than that (of his primary purchase), the cash difference is not refunded, but is credited in his name for future purchases.

With the exception of a defective (faulty) Product, the change/refund could be realized if the Product is in the received condition (should be in excellent condition and in no other state beyond their original), it must be unused, in its complete original packaging, which will be in excellent condition (apart from any damage that will occur have been created during courier transportation), as well as to be sent with all the documents that accompanied the product, including the original receipt of its retail sale. The products you purchased from our site are accompanied by the legally issued documents (receipt of retail sale and consignment note). In order to return, in any way, products purchased from TzakiseShop, you must have the relevant purchase document in order to display it or send it, depending on the return method you choose. The products are returned in their packaging, which must be intact and in the same condition as delivered to you and accompanied by all accessories.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving any explanation.

The withdrawal period shall expire on the fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following the day on which you obtained or a third party of the carrier (courier) and indicated by you has acquired the physical possession of the goods.

In case of return of the product, the money can either be credited to your account for the next purchase from our store or returned (refund) to your bank account, according to your wish. Refunds are made if the retail receipt is returned with the product. Up to five (5) working days from the receipt of the products at the physical shop are required for the refund and the beneficiary of the account must be the customer in whose name the order has been placed.
